Established in April 2005 Property Partners Buggy are based at 4 Watergate, Parliament Street, Kilkenny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The business is owned and run by Mr. John Buggy who is a fully qualified Auctioneer. John is a graduate of the Irish Professional Auctioneers and Valuers Association.. The office has three fully licensed staff, Mr. John Buggy, Ms. Vicki Cunningham and Mr. Seamus Dollard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In January 2018 Property Partners Buggy opened a second office in Portlaoise and this office is managed by Mr. Tommy Buggy who is also a graduate of the IPAV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
