Limerick is the capital of the Mid-West region and is located approximately 210 km South West of Dublin City and 100 km North East of Cork City. <\/p>\n
The subject properties are located on Cecil Street at its junction with Catherine Street, C. 5 blocks from Limerick City Centre.<\/p>\n
Cecil Street and the surrounding area comprises mainly of Georgian and period buildings with adjoining occupiers including offices, retail, bars, coffee shops etc. <\/p>\n
No. 31 comprises of a mid-terraced three storey over basement Georgian building. No. 32 is an end of terrace three storey over basement building.<\/p>\n
The subject properties are built in Limerick\u2019s Georgian Quarter \u2013 known as the Newtown Pery. The properties were built in the late 18th and early 19th century, over 200 years ago. <\/p>\n
The subject properties comprise of a red brick Georgian building with a flat roof and parapet. The entrances are by way of stone archways. There is a panelled front door to each property with a fan light above the door. The windows are a mixture of single and double-glazed PVC, while the floors are timber throughout. The properties are one room deep only. Heating is by way of electric storage heating. The properties appear in good condition throughout, commensurate with their age and design. <\/p>\n
