Originally from a well-known family in Glenmore, Co Kilkenny, John Doherty grew up locally and attended secondary school in New Ross town, giving him a deep-rooted understanding of the local community and the wider areas surrounding the town and country.

John brings over two decades of experience in the residential property market and is widely recognised as one of the top property negotiators in the region alongside his strong work ethic, expert negotiation skills, and consistently achieving outstanding results for property clients.

Our office is managed by Pauline Doyle, a well know Wexford native.  Pauline is a fully qualified Auctioneer, and a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV).  She has close to a decade of experience in the property industry in Co Wexford and the bordering county of Kilkenny.

Pauline’s strong local insight, honest, hard work ethic combined with her professional expertise, allows her to guide clients confidently through every stage of the property process.

Seamus Dollard is a highly valued member of our team and works closely between our office in New Ross and Kilkenny City.  Seamus is also a fully qualified Auctioneer, and a graduate and member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV).

Seamus is from a popular sporting family in Glenmore and attended secondary school in New Ross.  With over twenty years of experience in the property sector, Seamus has built a strong network and honest reputation based on his approachable manner and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
